First Interstate, A. Levy Trust Offices Consolidate

The trust office of the former Bank of A. Levy has been consolidated into a similar unit of First Interstate Bank at a new location for both on Telephone Road in Ventura.
The move follows the acquisition earlier this year of Bank of A. Levy, Ventura County’s largest independent bank, by First Interstate.
First Interstate’s trust unit, which employs 11, has moved to the Ventura location from Calabasas. The Bank of A. Levy group has 10 employees.
Joan F. Norgel, a First Interstate vice president who managed the bank’s unit in Calabasas, will head the combined operation.
The unit provides investment and financial management services for individuals, their families and beneficiaries.
