Comprehensive Care Corp.: The Newport Beach health-care management company has named Ernst & Young LLP as independent accountants to replace Arthur Andersen & Co., which resigned in May. Comprehensive Care said Ernst & Young LLP will perform the audit of its consolidated financial statements for the year ended May 31.

Comprehensive Care began interviewing new independent auditors in May after Arthur Andersen concluded the company no longer met its profile for an audit client. Andersen had raised concerns about the prospects of the company, which has lost a total of about $108 million since 1989.
