BioSource Reschedules Shareholders Meeting

BioSource International Inc., based in Camarillo, has rescheduled its previously postponed shareholders meeting.
The producer of medical test kits says the annual meeting will be held at 10 a.m. July 31. The meeting had been set for June 12 but was adjourned because a quorum wasn’t present on that date.
The only item on the agenda is the election of directors.
