Northridge : 2 Charged With Garment Operation
Criminal charges have been filed against two Northridge men for allegedly operating a garment plant with counterfeited documents so they could obtain work from major brand-name clothing manufacturers, authorities said.
Arnold Lustig and Ronald Picard, both 61, are scheduled for arraignment on Aug. 4. Deputy City Atty. Deborah Sanchez said Lustig and Picard’s company, Gee Tee Cutting, was providing cutting services for Timely Trends Inc. and Kikwear Inc.
