TV Reporter Among PerfectData’s Directors

A Los Angeles television reporter is one of two new directors at PerfectData Corp., a Simi Valley firm that makes maintenance products and accessories for computers and other office equipment.
The reporter, Tracie Savage of KNBC Channel 4, and Gerald Chamales, president of Omni Computer Products, were added the board “in an effort to diversify resources and talent available,” according to an announcement from PerfectData.
The same announcement said the company is continuing to seek acquisitions and strategic alliances with the aim of enhancing growth and building shareholder value.
The firm’s products are designed to reduce contamination in and around computers and other office equipment, and to enhance their operation.
