Mariners Bancorp: The San Clemente parent company of Mariners Bank reported that net income for the second quarter was $268,000, more than double the $132,000 recorded for the same period in 1994. Revenue grew 16% to $2.2 million from $1.9 million. For the first six months of 1995, net income was $400,000, 52% higher than the $264,000 for the first half last year. Revenue increased 3% to $4.1 million from $4 million. Assets as of June 30 totaled $77.2 million, a 6% decline from the prior-year figure.
