Countywide : Legal-Aid Videos to Be Donated to Libraries

A nonprofit organization said it will donate 27 instructional videos to the county’s public libraries to help people hire an attorney and understand the legal system, a group spokeswoman said.
Consumers for Legal Reform will present the videos to library officials Aug. 17, group spokeswoman Barbara J. Swist said.
The videos, “Legal Secrets--How to Hire a Lawyer,” are aimed at ensuring people understand their rights and responsibilities when getting involved in the legal system, she said.
