US Facilities Corp.: A group including SC Fundamental Value Fund has cut its stake in the Costa Mesa insurance company for the second time in three weeks. SC Fundamental now holds 199,770 common shares of US Facilities, about 3.6% of the outstanding shares. SC Fundamental reported in mid-July that it held about 6.9% of the stock. In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the group reports that it sold 362,500 common shares from June 26 through Aug. 3 at prices ranging from $16 to $18 a share. US Facilities is a holding company with subsidiaries that underwrite, manage and market medical stop-loss coverage.
