* Military personnel and their dependents admitted free with valid ID
* Carnival wristband: unlimited rides noon to 6 p.m. for $14
* Seaside Park opens at 11 a.m.

Fairgrounds and carnival open at 11 a.m., except for some horse shows and livestock events that begin earlier. Exhibits close at 10 p.m. Fairgrounds and carnival close at midnight. Admission: $6 for adults, $3 for children 6-12 years, free for children 5 years and younger, and $3 for senior citizens.
