Brad Grey has decided to remain as co-chief of his management and production company, Brillstein-Grey Entertainment. Walt Disney Co. and MCA Inc. had been pursuing Grey, whose company will produce seven network TV series this fall through a co-production deal with Capital Cities/ABC Inc.

“He really didn’t feel like leaving all the people who work for him at this stage of his career and all the people who depend on his management,” said a source close to Grey, who left on vacation Sunday. Grey’s clients include Garry Shandling, Chris Farley, Dana Carvey and Adam Sandler.
