* Minnie a Rockette?: Walt Disney Co. will operate New York’s famed Radio City Music Hall, which seats nearly 6,000 people and is home to the Rockettes, as part of a bid to take over Rockefeller Center in partnership with investor Sam Zell, the New York Post reported. Disney spokesman Ken Green declined to comment on the newspaper report. Disney is part of an investment group headed by Zell that announced plans last week to invest $250 million in Rockefeller Center Properties Inc., which holds the mortgage on Rockefeller Center, where Radio City is located. RCP has sought to take the property’s title from the owners, which include two Rockefeller family trusts. Earlier this year, the owners filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and stopped making mortgage payments. A spokesman for Equity Group Investments Inc. said there is an opportunity for Disney to become involved in Radio City.
