THOUSAND OAKS : Sobriety Checkpoint Planned for Holiday
The Thousand Oaks Police Department will set up a sobriety checkpoint to help curb drunk driving during the Labor Day weekend.
Motorists passing through the checkpoint on Saturday will be detained for a few minutes while a deputy examines drivers and explains the effort.
The time and location will be announced shortly before the checkpoint.
