Orange County Home Sales

In what some realtors say is a sign that the worst is over, home sales leveled off in August, spurred by an early summer flood of lower-priced homes. After nine consecutive months of double-digit declines, sales recorded in August were down just 3.3% from sales in the same month last year. The median sale price fell 8.7% to $190,000.
