COMPANY TOWN : 4 Industry Execs Form Company

Four longtime entertainment executives--Scott Siegler, Steve Sauer, Pam Prince and Don DeMesquita--are forming MediaFour, a production and personal management company.
Siegler is the former president of Columbia Pictures TV who also has held executive jobs at Warner Bros. Television and CBS Inc.
Prince is a veteran agent, working at Creative Artists Agency and William Morris Agency. Sauer is a veteran manager of talent and producer, having been general partner in Management III and president of Katie Face Productions. DeMesquita most recently was executive vice president of corporate communications for Sony Pictures Entertainment.
* Steve Heckler was named senior vice president of information systems for Sony Pictures Entertainment.
* John J. Garand was promoted to senior vice president of planning and control for Walt Disney Co. Kevin Mayer has been named vice president of strategic planning for Disney. Heidi Trotta has been promoted to vice president of advertising, publicity and promotion, and Gregory W. Taylor has been promoted to vice president of publicity for Walt Disney Television.
* Kevin Bannerman, director of development for Fox Family Films, has been promoted to vice president of production.
* Ivelisse Estrada has been promoted to director of corporate and community relations for Univision.
