Riders Quizzed on Trolley Service
A questionnaire aimed at improving service and increasing use of the Ojai Trolley Service will be distributed to trolley passengers beginning Saturday, officials said.
The 20-question survey quizzes riders about their preferences on such topics as the best places and times to catch the trolley.
As a thank-you, survey participants receive a token good for one free trolley ride.
Surveys will be distributed through Monday. People interested in completing the survey who don’t plan to ride the trolley this weekend may call 640-2562 for a copy.
The rider input could allow service changes, including improved service to schools, to be made by Jan. 1, Dan Singer of the city manager’s office said.
The survey is being conducted by the city, county and South Coast Area Transit.
