A man who died in what police believe to be a gang-related shooting was identified Friday as 19-year-old Osvaldo Arciniega.

Arciniega, a Santa Ana resident, was standing in front of a house in the 3000 block of West Brook Street with several friends about 8 p.m. Thursday when one or more people opened fire from a moving car, Police Lt. Bob Chavez said. The teen-ager suffered two gunshot wounds in the upper torso and died at the scene.

Three other people who also suffered gunshot wounds were treated at UCI Medical Center in Orange and Western Medical Center-Santa Ana and released, police said.
