Infinity to Buy 7 Radio Stations: New York-based Infinity Broadcasting Corp. said it will acquire the major-market stations from Walnut Creek, Calif.-based Alliance Broadcasting Inc. for $275 million. Infinity, the nation’s largest radio broadcasting company, has 27 radio stations nationwide. The deal is subject to Federal Communications Commission approval.
