The rustling in the marketplace is loud these days as retailers gear up for what they hope is a hot season and serious shoppers prepare for action.
To help consumers prepare for the upcoming heavy-duty shopping season, here is an update on information from previous columns.
When we wrote about Best Slipcovers Co. (June 2, 1995), it was strictly a factory; the staff came to you, measured, made up the slipcovers and delivered them.
