ITO MANIA: New on the bingo circuit: On two recent Fridays, the bingo crowd at St. Anthony Claret Catholic Church in Anaheim was offered a special O.J. Simpson “pull tab” card--”Here Comes the Judge.” Three Judge Itos got you $300, three bloody gloves $200 and three white Broncos $100. . . . Associate Pastor Paul Levesque was caught off guard when a Wall Street Journal reporter told him about it. To the minister’s relief, the church’s bingo vendor had already switched tabs before he had to pull the plug. . . . Says Levesque: “We would never want to exploit somebody else’s pain.”

BUSHWHACKED? Don’t expect to read much about George Bush’s address today before the Westpack ’95 convention in Anaheim . . . unless you subscribe to Plastics News or Packing Digest. A spokesman for the former President says Bush prefers no general media when he speaks to industrial or trade groups. The groups’ industry press is welcome though. Nothing against the media, says Bush press aide Jim McGrath: “Since he left office, he has tried to keep a lower profile.”

KING HENRY: Alexander Haig, who was President Richard Nixon’s chief of staff when Nixon resigned in 1974, and later became secretary of state, will sign copies of his memoirs--$24.95--today at the Nixon Library & Birthplace in Yorba Linda. The library sells autographed copies of most of the books by its former guests. . . . Charlton Heston’s goes for $45, Newt Gingrich’s for $65. But still king: “Diplomacy,” by Henry Kissinger. A signed copy goes for $75.
