Hycor Biomedical Inc.: The Irvine medical diagnostic products company posted net income of $148,000, or 2 cents a share, for the third quarter, down from $560,000, or 7 cents a share, for the comparable quarter of 1994. Sales were flat at $5.7 million. Year-to-date net income was $1.3 million, or 15 cents a share, a 41% decline from the $2.2 million, or 26 cents a share, for the same period last year. Sales were down 2% to $18.9 million from $19.3 million.
