Ramser Cos.: In a deal estimated at $15 million, Ramser Cos., a Costa Mesa developer, said it will sell 30 acres in San Clemente to Watt Homes of Temecula. Watt plans to build 166 homes in Ramser’s 155-acre Plaza Pacifica project, which will also include a $100-million shopping center. Watt Homes expects to begin construction in June on the homes, which will start at $250,000.
