The city of Fullerton is soliciting donations to help fund its fifth annual “First Night Fullerton” New Year’s Eve party. The alcoholic-free party features 100 visual and performing arts attractions. It was slated to be shelved by the city this year because of financial constraints but was saved by an appeal from local residents. (714) 738-6545.
