Delta Will No Longer Be Official Disney Airline: The Atlanta-based carrier said its marketing agreement with Walt Disney Co. promotes leisure travel and that Delta Air Lines is focusing increasingly on business travel. Delta, which will end the affiliation Jan. 1, will also cut its ties to a Dream Flight ride at Disney World, which it had helped renovate. Delta paid $8 million to build the Tomorrowland attraction at the Florida theme park and spent $2 million a year to maintain an exhibit that offers a glimpse of the history and future of aviation. The airline said it will continue to promote Disney Dream Vacations and take part in Disney World’s 25th anniversary in 1997.
