COLLEGE FOOTBALL DAILY REPORT : UCLA
UCLA Chancellor Charles Young issued a statement saying that the university is not interested in a proposed football stadium on the grounds of the Veterans Administration in West Los Angeles.
Contrary to an earlier statement by a UCLA spokesman that the school would be willing to listen to proposals for a state-of-the-art stadium, Young said that a stadium on the VA site is not an option.
