KCET Food Shows Will Offer Thanksgiving Tips

Viewers looking for tips on preparing a Thanksgiving meal will find them in two programs airing Nov. 18 on KCET-TV Channel 28.

“Cooking Secrets of the CIA: Thanksgiving With a Twist,” at 11 a.m., features Liz and Bob Briggs of the Culinary Institute of America. That’s followed at 11:30 a.m. by “Grilling With George Hirsch: Thanksgiving Celebration.”
