Robinson Made Right Choice for Rose Bowl

To those of you John Robinson bashers who criticized the coach for going for the tie against Washington: His decision was obvious--to enhance USC’s chance of going to the Rose Bowl.

I ask you, which of the following options would you prefer:

1. Seeing the Trojans in the Cotton Bowl beating up on some inferior team, as they did last year?

2. Watching them in the Rose Bowl with the opportunity of upsetting Ohio State, arguably the best college football team in America?
