IRVINE — Las Vegas-based Harvard Scientific Inc. plans to move its corporate headquarters to Irvine within the next few weeks, a spokesman said.
The company, which will locate about 10 to 15 executives and key managers here, wants to be closer to its research and development facilities, said spokesman Thomas Waite, a consultant to the company. Waite refused to say where those facilities are located.
The company, which had a loss of $560,771 and no sales last year, is seeking regulatory approval of a process that allows Prostaglandin E-1 to be administered as a liquid to treat male impotence.
