THANKSGIVING
* Closed today: All government offices, courts, banks, post offices, stock and commodity exchanges, libraries, schools, parks and recreation facilities, many businesses and Metrolink trains. MTA buses will follow Sunday schedules.
* Trash: There will be no trash pickup by city or county refuse workers. City residents whose trash collection falls on Thursdays will have their trash collected on Friday. Residents whose trash pickup falls on Friday will not be affected.
