3 Teen-Agers Arrested Near Credit Union
Simi Valley police arrested three San Fernando Valley teen-agers Friday on suspicion of attempting to rob the Ventura County Federal Credit Union Branch on Tapo Canyon Road.
Police said they saw 18-year-old Joseph Bailey of Panorama City and two 16-year-old boys standing outside the credit union next to a car that police believe the three might also have been attempting to steal.
The three fled but were captured after a foot chase. Several masks and a handgun were found in the area, police said.
