The fair coincides with the annual food and toy drive by city firefighters and police officers.
The fair is on Harbor Place between Anaheim and Harbor boulevards near City Hall. Activities will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today and Sunday, and on Dec. 8-10, 15-17, 22 and 23.
