VENTURA : School to Dedicate Refurbished Gym
St. Bonaventure High School in Ventura will dedicate the expansion of its gymnasium at a ceremony scheduled for Friday.
The refurbished gymnasium includes a 3,000-square-foot Nautilus training room, a trophy gallery and a cardiovascular center, Principal Paulinus Horkan said.
Bishop Thomas Curry of the Los Angeles Archdiocese will be on hand for the ceremonies, which begin at 11 a.m. in the gymnasium, Horkan said. Students, parents and alumni will also be present for the celebration, he said.
