Gasoline Prices Bottom Out: Nationwide gasoline prices ended a six-month decline after rising a fraction of a cent during the last three weeks. According to a preliminary survey of 10,000 gas stations taken Dec. 8, the average pump price for all grades of gasoline rose 13 hundredths of a cent from Nov. 17 to $1.152 a gallon, according to Los Angeles-based Lundberg Survey. The prices include taxes.
