Valleywide : Zoning Officials to Meet in Valley

Two zoning hearings, which involve a liquor permit and proposed expansion of an auto repair shop, will be held Dec. 18 at the Sherman Oaks Woman’s Club, 4808 Kester Ave. Los Angeles zoning officials will consider requests for:

* A conditional-use permit to sell beer and wine at a proposed 1,200-square-foot Italian restaurant at 7556 Foothill Blvd. in Sunland. The hours of operation would be 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The hearing will be held at 1 p.m.

* A conditional-use permit to build 1,900 square feet of office space on the site of an existing auto repair shop at 11155 Burbank Blvd. in North Hollywood. The business is situated within 300 feet of a residential neighborhood. The hearing will be held at 2 p.m.
