Doesn’t Howard Rosenberg realize that Larry King is not a TV journalist and should not be confused with one (“Larry King, People Magnet,” Nov. 12)? King has become the nation’s “Joe the bartender,” that lovable lug at the corner saloon who is never too busy to listen to anyone’s gripes, and to offer a sympathetic ear and, hopefully, one on the house.
