Valleywide : Zoning Hearings to Address School, Lot
Two zoning hearings--involving a proposed preschool and a parking lot--will be held Jan. 5 at the Sherman Oaks Woman’s Club, 4808 Kester Ave. Zoning officials will consider requests for:
* A conditional-use permit for the operation of a Montessori preschool and elementary school for 70 students at 6221 Fallbrook Ave. in Woodland Hills. The property is in a residential zone restricted to houses. The hearing will be held at 10 a.m.
* A conditional-use permit for a parking lot with 27 spaces in a residential zone at 11049 Fruitland Drive in Studio City. The property is across the alley from businesses that front Ventura Boulevard. The hearing will be held at 9:30 a.m.
