Buena Too Much for San Marcos, 70-18

Nicole Greathouse had 21 points and 16 rebounds for Buena High in a 70-18 victory over San Marcos in a Channel League romp Thursday night at San Marcos.

Kori Sebek added 13 points, seven assists and six steals for Buena (12-0, 4-0 in league play), while Stefanie Christoferson scored 16 points for the Royals (4-9, 1-3).

Thousand Oaks 57, Westlake 31--Jenn Detmer had 19 points as the Lancers (15-4, 6-0) outscored Westlake, 18-5, in the second quarter of the Marmonte League game.

Megan Carmola scored 14 points for the Warriors (8-9, 3-3).

Royal 66, Camarillo 60--Amber Shores scored 18 points and Michelle Berlin added 15 as the Highlanders (9-8, 3-3) defeated the Scorpions (2-13, 0-6) in a Marmonte League game at Camarillo.

Newbury Park 45, Agoura 40--The Panthers (8-7, 4-2) held on for a Marmonte League victory at Agoura.

Kristi Fox scored 12 points for Newbury Park (8-7, 4-2) and Kristin DiSimone scored 12 and grabbed 12 rebounds for Agoura (4-12, 2-4).

Fillmore 59, La Reina 38--April Kozar scored 21 points and had 15 rebounds for the Flashes (14-3, 2-0) in a Tri-Valley League game at La Reina.

Kindrea Cuccia scored 19 and had 10 rebounds for the Regents (6-7, 1-1), who were outscored, 26-4, in the third quarter.

Hart 65, Valencia 7--Wendy Downen scored 11 points and Jaclyn Kuptz added 10 for the Indians (11-7, 2-0) in a Foothill League game at Valencia High.

Louisville 64, Harvard-Westlake 42--Rosie Chingcuangco scored 19 points for the Royals in a Mission League game at Louisville.

Becky Witt had 13 points for the Royals (11-4, 3-0).

Notre Dame 71, Flintridge Sacred Heart 19--Ashley Ritter scored 15 points for the Knights in a Mission League game at Notre Dame.

Lourdes Slinsky added 10 points and 10 rebounds for the Knights (12-5, 2-1).

Alemany 60, Chaminade 28--Carly Funicello had 20 points and 17 rebounds as the Indians (11-5, 3-0) routed the Eagles in a Mission League game at Chaminade.

Sheila Shilati scored 13 points for Chaminade (5-9, 0-3).

Pius X 46, St. Genevieve 36--Adelita Pallares had 15 points and 11 rebounds for the Valiants (4-13, 3-3) in a Sunrise League loss at Pius X.

Jenny Orozco had 14 points and 14 rebounds for Pius X.

Oxnard 48, Hueneme 41--Danielle Curtis scored 16 points and Jaline Bradley added 15 as the Yellowjackets (9-5, 3-1) defeated the Vikings (8-5, 1-3) in a Channel League game at Hueneme.

Antelope Valley 40, Highland 38--Kenya Conley scored 17 of her 22 points for the Antelopes (8-6, 1-2) in the fourth quarter to help hold off the Bulldogs in a Golden League game.

Conley had four three-pointers and 17 of Antelope Valley’s 20 points in the quarter.

Rio Mesa 41, Ventura 31--Chante Dugeia scored 11 points for the Spartans (9-5, 2-2) in a Chanel League game at Rio Mesa.

Rhiannon Potkey posted 17 for the Cougars (6-7, 1-3).
