Westlake Village : Chamber to Install New Officers, Board

The Westlake Village Chamber of Commerce will install new officers and members of the board of directors at a dinner dance Saturday.
Former Westlake Village City Council members Berniece Bennett and Kenneth Rufener will also be honored at the event.
Among those to be installed are Gwyn Petrick as chairman of the board, Dave Melton as treasurer and Paula Weiser as secretary. In all, 15 board members and officers will be installed.
Assemblyman Nao Takasugi (R-Oxnard) is expected to attend, and Ventura County Supervisor Frank Schillo and state Assemblywoman Sheila Kuehl (D-Santa Monica) plan to send representatives.
The dinner will begin at 7:30 p.m. at the Sherwood Country Club, 320 W. Stafford Road in Thousand Oaks. Cost is $75.
