Truck-Bus Collision Kills 12, Injures 6 in Colombia

BOGOTA, Colombia —
Twelve people, including two children, were killed when a truck plowed into a small bus south of the Colombian capital, police said Monday.
Caracol radio initially reported that the accident occurred early Monday morning. But police said the crash, the worst in Colombia this year, happened Sunday evening on a highway 22 miles south of Bogota.
Six people were injured in the crash, the cause of which was still under investigation, police said.
