The three remaining candidates--Mayor Jim Potts, 42, travel agency manager Jane F. Anderson, 51, and accountant Berklee A. Maughan, 58--each received $700 and spent the money on the city’s $700 candidate filing fee.

The candidates will discuss city issues at a March 13 forum sponsored by the Tustin Chamber of Commerce.
