Differences Between Law and Real Estate

Share

I feel that Robert J. Bruss’ advice to home sellers and buyers is often influenced by his background in law. In real estate, it is the object of all parties to conclude a successful transaction and for all parties to win.

Many times in law the relationships are often adversarial. Information is sometimes concealed and there is a “win-lose” mentality. In real estate nothing can be concealed, everything is out in the open and all parties’ needs should be met.
