Admar Lets Stock-Purchase Warrants Expire
SANTA ANA —
Admar Group Inc. said it has allowed certain publicly traded stock-purchase warrants to expire.
Admar, which develops and administers managed health care services, said the expiration applies to publicly traded warrants to purchase 307,800 common shares at an exercise price of $3.75 a share. The term of the warrants, originally scheduled to expire in Dec. 19, 1987, had been extended by the company board at various times and was most recently extended to Feb. 1.
