Thousand Oaks Republican Women Federated has received the Diamond Award from the National Federation of Republican Women.

The group, the largest congregation of Republican women in Ventura County, was honored at a recent convention of the California Republican Women for attracting new members and keeping old members involved.

“We are ecstatic about getting it,” said Rosemary Licata, president of Thousand Oaks Republican Women. “It’s the highest achievement a club can receive, and there are many things you have to accomplish to get it.”
