Semiannual campaign finance reports filed in the past two weeks show that, of four City Council members up for reelection in November, Mayor Miguel A. Pulido Jr. raised the most money in the second half of 1995, about $18,800.

Others eligible for reelection are Lisa Mills, Thomas E. Lutz and Ted R. Moreno. The other three council seats will be open in November 1998. Council members may serve two consecutive terms, but there are no limits for the mayor.

After Pulido, Moreno reported the most contributions, just over $14,000. He was followed by Lutz, who raised $8,149.
