Hearings Set on Liquor Permit, Pole Antenna
A city zoning official will hold public hearings Feb. 26 on a number of applications for city permits, including a proposed cell phone antenna in Chatsworth and a proposed liquor permit in Reseda.
An associate zoning administrator will hold the hearings at the Sherman Oaks Woman’s Club, 4808 Kester Ave. in Sherman Oaks.
The applications include requests for:
* A conditional-use permit to sell alcoholic beverages at Rio Grande restaurant at 18845 Sherman Way in Reseda. The 1,200-square-foot restaurant has daily hours of operation of 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. The hearing will begin at 1 p.m.
* A conditional-use permit to build a cell phone pole antenna that would be 62 feet high, and a 336-square-foot equipment shelter at 10239 Vassar Ave., Chatsworth. The hearing will begin at 1:30 p.m.
