The city is looking for entrants for its annual neighborhood pride contest as well as volunteers to judge homes and neighborhoods.
The program recognizes neighborhoods with exemplary home and landscape maintenance. Judges will consider masonry, driveway conditions, house paint and foliage.
For the purposes of the contest, a neighborhood is defined as both sides of the street on one block.
To enter the contest, at least four neighbors must sign an application and submit it before the March 22 deadline.
Prospective judges must attend an orientation meeting March 27. Winners will receive a certificate. Information: (714) 741-5187.
