George Garfield has been named vice president...

George Garfield has been named vice president of corporate real estate for Disney Development Co., the real estate arm of the Burbank media concern.

Garfield, 38, joined Disney Development in 1993. Most recently, he was director of asset strategy and finance, and was involved in real estate projects in New York, Hong Kong and London.

* Steve Voelker has been named president of Citizens State Bank of Santa Paula, succeeding Joseph Nesbitt, who is retiring after 18 years at the helm of the locally owned bank.

Voelker was formerly Citizens’ senior vice president. He is a former president of Bank of Del Mar and Bank of Rancho Bernardo, both in San Diego County. Citizens has assets of about $76 million.

* Beth Ravit has resigned as president of Authentic Fitness Corp.’s retail division. The position has been filled temporarily by Nancy Hannibal, executive vice president of the retail division.

Authentic Fitness, based in Van Nuys, sells swimwear and fitness apparel under the Speedo, Oscar de la Renta, Catalina, Cole of California and Anne Cole brand names. It also markets ski wear.

* 3D Systems Corp., based in Valencia, has appointed Eugen J. Geyer as corporate vice president of 3D Systems Europe. Geyer will be responsible for the company’s operations in Germany, France and the United Kingdom.

3D makes rapid prototypes of various products for such diverse fields as aerospace and computers.

Geyer previously has been an executive with a packaging company in Holland, served as a marketing executive with a Swiss chemical company, and for 17 years held various management posts with General Electric’s Plastics Group.

* Nicole Haberstich has been hired as vice president of business development at First National Bank of Ventura.

She previously worked at Security Pacific Bank, Wells Fargo Bank and the Bank of A. Levy.
