PARTY ON: Some members of California’s GOP faithful will be partying down with French pate, cheeses and fresh vegetables on primary night at the Universal Hilton. Those who are invited to the VIP reception will get the royal treatment. Everybody else is welcome to hang out in a hotel ballroom on March 26 and snack on . . . well, nothing. There will be a no-host bar, though.

LIGHTNING RECOVERY: Guy Arnone, 30, struck by lightning Thursday, is expected to bolt the Northridge Hospital Medical Center today, said a nursing supervisor. Arnone still has “a little redness on his chest,” she said, but he came through his electrifying experience without serious injury.
