Gregory Rosatti; Dancer, Choreographer for Films and TV

Gregory Joseph Rosatti, 42, a dancer and choreographer who worked with Jessica Lange in the 1994 film “Blue Sky.” The classically trained Rosatti was nominated for the Bob Fosse Award in outstanding choreographic achievement for his work on the film, in which Lange used dance dramatically to express her worsening madness. A native of Hibbing, Minn., Rosatti studied dance in Canada at the Banff School of Fine Arts and the Western Dance Theater in Vancouver. He danced for three years with the Royal Winnipeg Ballet before returning to the United States as a dancer in Ann-Margret’s Las Vegas stage show. He was chosen as one of eight key dancers in the 1977 film “Grease,” which landed him a job as assistant to the film’s choreographer, Patricia Birch. He worked with her on the films “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band,” “Zoot Suit” and “Grease 2.” Rosatti also choreographed music videos and television commercials such as the Spuds McKenzie spots for Bud Light.
