Loan-Origination Software Deal Made

Electronic Mortgage Banc Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Pacific International Inc., said it will join with BLD Technologies of Dallas to sell and distribute its interactive loan-origination software.

Electronic Mortgage uses Intel Corp.’s interactive video conferencing ProShare System to deliver its loan-origination software, M.A.X. (Mortgage Approval Xpress) directly to the consumer. BLD has agreed to sell and distribute a minimum of 600 units--consisting of computers, the Intel system and the M.A.X. software--over the next eight months.
