230 Conejo Valley Homes Are Sold During March
There were 230 single-family homes sold in the Conejo Valley in March, compared to 186 sold in February, according to the Conejo Valley Assn. of Realtors.
The median sales price for all the homes--the point where half the homes sold for more and half for less--was $238,888. The breakdown of the median prices was as follows: $147,999 for 14 homes with up to two bedrooms; $214,999 for 88 three-bedroom homes; and $282,499 for 128 homes with four or more bedrooms.
There were 77 condominiums sold in the Conejo Valley in March, up 17 from February.
The total sales volume for all residential real estate in the Conejo Valley in March was $74.4 million.
